Today we’re sharing something that means a lot to us:

After reaching out to Marc Miller, creator of Traveller, and the team at Mongoose Publishing, current stewards of the IP, we’ve received confirmation that The Corporate Wars can continue its development under the new 2025 Fair Use Policy.

This allows us to keep using stylistic references, military terminology, and stellar data inspired by Traveller in our non-commercial development phases, without infringing any rights and with full transparency.

Even more exciting: Mongoose has expressed interest in reviewing a commercial licensing proposal once we’re ready.

For those who don’t know, TCW is a strategic simulation of interstellar power where the core gameplay isn’t about direct combat, but about the flow (and delay) of information between star systems. It’s like playing Traveller from the perspective of a megacorporation—complete with graphics, AI, dynamic events, and living economies.
